I am all for women ran businesses especially in the marketing world. I honestly believe that we just naturally know how to be more empathetic and sympathetic and we also know what to say to draw people in. Emotional Intelligence is such a great asset for men and women to both have and it helps in the marketing world because it helps with drawing in certain people and understanding the complexities of how humans interact. I hope that next time I am in California, I will be able to come to one of your events to meet with you about SEO and your organization!
Thank you, Amelia! I appreciate your support for women-run businesses, especially in the marketing industry. Emotional intelligence is indeed a valuable asset in marketing, as it allows us to connect with people on a deeper level and understand their needs and motivations.
If you ever find yourself in California, I would be delighted to meet with you and discuss SEO and our organization. Feel free to reach out or attend one of our events. We’re always looking to connect with like-minded individuals and share knowledge in the world of search engine optimization.
I’ll have to say, in my professional opinion, women are the best marketers. They just seem to have a feeling for what people want. There is nothing better than having an energetic person on your team also. Our company caters to a lot of women so having a woman on board definitely helps us know “what women want.” We would be lost without her.
Thank you, Jen! I agree that women can bring a unique perspective and intuition to the field of marketing. Their understanding of what people want and their ability to connect with audiences can be incredibly valuable. Having an energetic person, regardless of gender, on your team can certainly bring a positive and dynamic energy to the workplace. It’s great to hear that having a woman on your team has been instrumental in catering to your target audience.
