What’s the design process?

The design process is very simple:

1. We meet with you to gain a clear understanding of the scope of the website project.
2. We agree upon the web site package that meets your needs, paperwork is signed and a deposit of 50% is made.
3. Work will be scheduled AFTER all content (text, images, graphics, logo, etc) has been received by The Search Engine Pros.  All website content needs to be provided digitally by either email, CD, DVD, or flash drive.  Hourly rates will apply for re-typing or scanning of images.
4. Client will get access to a “test” server during the development phase.  Client can watch production and can give input at any time.
5. Within 20 days of receiving all content a first draft will be presented to the client for review.
6. Any changes that need to be made after the initial review will be done within 2 weeks.
7. It is always our goal to have every project finished within 30 days of actually starting.
8. Lack of client participation will delay completion time. (unable to get site reviewed, unable to get all content, unable to get approval, etc) need to be paid for before completion.
9. Upon approval of the final website final payment is due prior to taking the web site live.  Without complete payment (including any extra charges) the site will not go live onto your domain.

Be prepared to provide:

• Content – Text, Images, Logo, any Artwork
• Hosting account and Domain name (we can provide this for you)
• Half the payment prior to starting your website (If requesting 30 day completion schedule)
• The remainder of the payment when the website is published.
• All plans require a 50% deposit

We offer great prices on website packages by batching the work.  When items are not available the project may be delayed.  Since any lack of organization affects the time frame of the project there will be extra costs billed if the client needs help getting organized.  All Website Packages are priced with batching in mind.

If client desires additional standard web pages beyond the original number of pages specified above, they have the option of paying $50.00 for each additional web page. Stock graphics or photos shall be billed at an $5.00 each. Where custom graphic work is requested, it will be billed at the hourly rate. The site will be responsive and mobile friendly so that it views properly on smart phones and tablets.  Cost: $2,000  Add To Cart  or 50% Advance

• Pro Website Package – The content of the web pages will be supplied by the client and executed as specified by the the client in the “Web Site Planning Worksheet”. This web site will include assistance with setting up 10 pages. The client will have the option to create additional pages on their own via the admin panel. If the client requires help setting up additional ages beyond the original number of pages specified above, the charge from Search Engine Pros will be $50.00 for each additional web page. Stock graphics or photos shall be billed at $5.00 each. Where custom graphic work is requested, it will be billed at the hourly rate. This package includes the installation of an e-commerce cart, blog, use of embedded video, an image slide show, a content management system, and social media integration. The site will be responsive and mobile friendly so that it views properly on smart phones and tablets.  Cost: $3,000  Add To Cart or 50% Advance

• Ultimate Website Package – The content of the web pages will be supplied by the client and executed as specified in the “Web Site Planning Worksheet”. This web site includes assistance with setting up 20 pages. The client will have the option to create additional pages on their own via the admin panel. If the client requires help setting up additional ages beyond the original number of pages specified above, the charge from Search Engine Pros will be $50.00 for each additional web page. Stock graphics or photos shall be billed at $5.00 each. Where custom graphic work is requested, it will be billed at the hourly rate.
